How to Ship Fruit in the Ripen App
Enter shipments after the final case counts and average color stage at shipment are finalized. Some facilities enter this information on the day of shipment and some enter it the following day when the final remaining pallet count is known.
1. Select the desired room from the home page.
2. Scroll down to the Purchase Orders section of the room and tap on the Ship button.
3. Fill out the shipment form and then tap Create Shipment.
Important notes:
Make sure to enter the actual shipment time, including the correct date and timing (including AM or PM). If you are entering the shipment the next day, make sure to correctly back date the time.
Deselect checkbox next to "ship all POs" if you are only shipping a partial load or shipping bananas with different QC results. Submit those separately by completing the form for each unique QC results.
Select the average stage based on your overall evaluation of the shipment. Text under the scroll bar indicates the most recent QC stage result.
The QTY remaining with auto-populate based on the QTY shipped.
Contact your Account Manager if you incorrectly submit a shipment. We can correct that for you.
