Activating a Strella temp probe sensor

If a sensor has been unused and dormant, it needs to be "activated", or turned on, prior to installation in a ripening room.
To do this, press and hold the "Act" button on the device for ~3 seconds. The LED should flash green 5 times.
That's it! The sensor is activated and ready to be used.
