When using Strella app, program your ripening rooms using these settings.
Holding Temperature: 58
Regular venting: 30 min every 3 hours
Post-gas venting: 60 min
Auto gas set point (default reference temp): 60°F
Auto-gas duration: 24 hours
Humidity set point: 90%
Zone mode: HOLD
Controlling sensor for zone temp: PULP (not DA (discharge) or RA (return))
Controlling sensor for gas initiation: PULP
Auto gas gas on temp source: AV
Ethylene generator:
Catalytic Generators: Setting 3, fill with 1 quart of concentrate
ARCO Generator: Setting 4 for 24 hours, fill with 1 quart of concentrate (Method C Uniform decreasing output)
