Unexpected ethylene in room alert

The Strella app will display a banner when there is >50 PPM of ethylene in the room when the room is not gassing. There are a couple different reasons a room may have a higher than normal ethylene level.
Leakage from an adjacent room gassing: Depending on the room age and condition, sometimes ethylene can leak into a room if a room next to it is gassing. If you are a Strella Monitor user, you can look at both rooms on the graph side-by-side to get an idea. Reach out to your Strella Account Manager if you need help with this.
Incorrect post-gas vent settings: 60 mins is recommended by Strella.
Incorrect regular vent settings: 30 mins every 3 hours is recommended by Strella.
