How to Complete Room Loading
Strella will automatically start the cycle after the facility finishes physically loading into their room and completes these steps in the app. The model will be increase temperatures once the appropriate cycle length is reached.
When to Set a Target Date and Stage Goal
After all these activities have been completed:
Fruit is loaded for all applicable zones.
Receiving QC has been entered for each PO.
The POs are assigned to the appropriate room zones.
One room temp probe is correctly inserted for each zone.
Generator is filled and plugged in.
Door is closed.
Add "gassing in progress" warning to front of the door.
Turn power "on" for all zones with fruit loaded in them. Keep power "off" for any zones that are not loaded with fruit to reduce energy and improve room performance.
Select "gas" and turn it into "auto" mode with the correct auto gas temp. See Gassing with Automation for more details.
Other Strella Room Settings are correctly programmed. These settings should stay programmed between cycles.
Finally, select the Target Date and Stage Goal in the app on the room page to indicate that physical room loading is complete. Strella will begin conditioning the fruit promptly or when the optimal cycle length is reached.
